SYRAH, SANGIOVESE, ZINFANDEL, MERLOT, FRUIT FORWARD VARIETALS
- Yeast for fruity, spicy red wines.
- Very high aroma production (fresh currant and berry aromas).
- Low production of H2S.
- LACTOENOS® B7 or 450 REAC® recommended in early co-inoculation to preserve aromatic freshness.
DOSAGE RATE:
- 15 – 30 g/hL
