Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees & Import Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For U.S. orders, shipments may be subject to tariffs, duties, and import fees assessed by U.S. customs. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically payable at the time of delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping rates shown at checkout, and we do not control or collect them.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable customs/import fees, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated carrier fees. In such cases, refunds will be issued for the product cost only, minus shipping charges, import fees, disposal fees, abandonment fees, storage fees, Canadian customs charges for import, freight return charges, etc. and a 20% restocking fee, once the item is received back in resalable condition.
