Non-Saccharomyces yeasts (Torulaspora delbrueckii & Metschnikowia pulcherrima) used for bioprotection of grapes/juices, as an SO2 reduction strategy. Colonizes to outcompete unwanted microbes minimizing VA/spoilage. Dosage 2-5 g/hL depending on conditions
