Product Description
Ideal Use: A purified granular pectinase blend for premium red wines.
- For producing fruity, colourful and rounded wines, which are intended for early consumption.
- For wine fining and selective extracion of phenolic coumpounds from the grape skin.
- Specific for short macerations with or without cold pre-fermentation maceration, enabling gentle extraction of colour, aromas and phenolic compounds whilst limiting mechanical actions.
- Enzyme optimises free run wine yield.

3 – 5 g/100 kg of grapes
