Product Description
IDEAL USE: A PURIFIED GRANULAR ENZYME BLEND FOR IMPROVING PRESSING OPERATIONS, WHITE & ROSE WINES.
- Optimises pressing by increasing free-run juice yields (white and rosé) and by decreasing the length of time and the number of pressing cycles.
- Increases aromas and aroma precursors extraction. Add on the grapes during press filling.
- Improves juice clarification.
DOSAGE RATE
- 2-5g/100kg of grapes
