IDEAL USE: A PURIFIED GRANULAR PECTINASE BLEND FOR SKIN CONTACT. FOR WHITE AND ROSE WINES.
- Specific for skin contact extraction in white wines at low temperatures for facilitating aromatic precursors and varietal aroma extraction.
- Helps reducing maceration times.
- Enzyme improves juice clarification.
DOSAGE RATE
- 2 – 3 g/100 kg of grapes.
