Description
Activated granulated carbon to decolorize juice and white wine and decrease the phenolic compounds responsible for the browning. Dissolve in 10x weight in water and rehydrate for 1 hour. Mix during a pump over and rack after 48 hours. Dosage 10-100 g/hL
