IDEAL USE: GRANULATED ENZYME, PURIFIED AND CONCENTRATED PECTINASE / SS 1-3-1-6 GLUCANASE BLEND, FOR LEES AGEING. FOR RED, WHITE AND ROSE WINES.
  • Accelerates extraction during Yeast autolysis and releases larger quantities of molecules derived from the Yeast that provide roundness and suppleness in wines.
  • Can be used at the end of fermentation
