Description
Microbial protection of red must with Metschnikowia pulcherrima and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Contributes to the aromatic complexity of finished wine. Used in an SO2 reduction strategy. Add rehydrated to must Dosage 5-10 g/hL. Special order.
