Description
Nutristart is an all-round activator comprised of ammonium salts (phosphate), thiamine and inert Yeast, enabling:
- The development of a sufficient Yeast population.
- Regular and complete alcoholic fermentation.
- Reduced undesirable compound formation (H2S, VA, etc…).
DOSAGE RATE & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- 20 to 40 g/hL according to the necessary nitrogen addition.
- To be used in the case of nutrient deficiency in the must.
- 10 g/hL provides about 14 mg/L assimilable nitrogen
- Add to the tank in the first 1/3 of alcoholic fermentation
