Description
Anti-oxidant used in bottling to prevent oxidation and improve shelf life. Citric acid, potassium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid, metatartaric acid. Dissolve in 10x wine and homogenize 48hrs prior to bottling. Dosage 10-25 g/hL (10g/hL adds 17ppm SO2)
