Yeast rehydration nutrient for ensuring complete and healthy fermentations. Provides alcohol resistance, aroma production, and H2S, VA reduction. Dissolve in 10-20x weight in water for yeast rehydration. Dosage 30 g/hL. Formerly Dynastart.
