Description
Alcoholic fermentation booster to be used in sluggish or stuck fermentations. (yeast cell walls, inactivated yeast, cellulose support). Dissolve in 10x wine, add during pump over. Dosage 30-60 g/hL Does not provide assimilable nitrogen.
