Description
Proanthocyanidin finishing tannin from ripe Burgundy Chardonnay grape seeds. Brings increased structure in mid pallet and protection from oxidation. Add at least 2 weeks prior to bottling. Dissolve in wine, add to tank. Dosage 5-35 g/hL
