• The model TBC2-US is a self contained portable unit that cleans and sanitizes barrels using plant supplied hot and cold water, and dissolved ozone water supplied from a separate ozone generator.
• The wash water is boosted to the necessary cleaning pressure with an integral pump, and fluids are controlled via pneumatically actuated valves.
• For ease of operation the entire system is controlled with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) via a touch screen.
• Our Proprietary design and software programming provide excellent cleaning results, with minimum water usage and waste water generation.
• These machines are designed specifically for use with the 2 barrels racks that are now the “standard” in the industry (44.5″ x 30.5″ with a 7″ opening and double inside bars).
• The primary design criterion was for excellent cleaning results, minimum water utilization, minimum waste water generation, and ease of maintenance.
• The design minimizes initial cost and ongoing operating expense.
• These machines also have the unique design ability to be nested on an optional framework which allows them to wash barrels on the “standard” 4 barrel rack (44.5 x 70 with a 7″ opening and double inside bars).
• This feature is particularly attractive to wineries who are transitioning from 2 to 4 barrel racks, or who have acquired multiple facilities with both types of racks in place.

• The model TBC-CABINET / 2 & 4 are “cabinet” style machines with a body which safely houses the majority of the working components in a robust cabinet for added durability and component protection.
• These machines have the advantage of a separate barrel roller assembly which allows the use of barrel racks that are “non-standard”, including the stackable “nesting” racks.
• These machines are available in both 2 and 4 barrel configurations.
