Versatile bottom fermenting yeast for production of crisp lagers with remarkable clean character. Originally from Mexico City, this excellent strain allows a harmonious expression of malt & hops notes, while conferring a well-balanced palate with drinkability & dry finish. It efficiently attenuates at low end of lager temperature range. An excellent yeast strain for the fermentation of superb lagers.

Brews perfectly crisp, clean and well-balanced lager style beers with a dry finish and a high drinkability factor.
The yeast ferments efficiently resulting in little to no residual sugars in the beer giving a crisp, dry finish and a clean aftertaste. It is the perfect yeast for lager brewing aficionados
