Product Description
Bacterial alpha-amylase used at in the brewhouse during mashing to facilitate the hydrolysis of starch into maltose, soluble dextrins and glucose. Decreases mash viscosity and increases extraction yields. 1kg packaging. Dosing: 200-300 g/ton.
