Batfoam SB1 is a very effective anti-foaming agent, based on food-grade silicon. Batfoam SB1 can be used as it is or diluted, is active at the complete pH range (acid/basic) and at temperatures between 10 and 100°C. Its active principle prevents foam formation thanks to the reduction of the surface tension. It is particularly recommended to treat foam problems in watery solutions and it can be used in different fields, such as: agro-alimentary sector, beverage industry, during fermentation.
