Product Description
Enzyme for protein degradation, gluten & chill haze reduction without affecting foam stability. Lowers gluten content below 20ppm. Dosing: 2-6 g/hL, added during cold wort transfer to fermenter or directly to fermentation tank prior to wort transfer.
