Notes: Production is performed autonomously with the help of an operator
The manual monobloc ATLAS M was designed and built for the processing of wine according to the Classic Method.
Practical and handy, it consists mainly of:
- A structure entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 on which are installed the devices that allow the machine to run its own production cycle
- A device for the debris operation
- A liqueur tank equipped with inputs for compressed air and nitrogen and relative pressure gauges to check the operating pressure
- A device for housing the bottle and its insertion on the inlet flow control valve;
- A three-way exchange valve, with manual control, equipped with an automated system for adjusting the dose of liquor to be introduced
- A device for housing the bottle which must be used as a wine tank required for the leveling operation
- A valve equipped with a manual lever to control the leveling phase
