FERMOLAGER Crisp

Developed by the Modelo Group, this versatile lager yeast is able to ferment at the lower end of the suggested temperature range (48-50 degrees Fahrenheit) while producing a dry, “crisp”, clean beer.

Versatile bottom fermenting yeast for production of lagers with a crisp, clean character from start to finish. Originally selected from Mexico City, this lager strain helps to promote a well-balanced expression of malt & hops typical with the drinkability & dry finish of a Mexican lager.
