Description
Active dry yeast for top-fermenting beer brewing. This is a very versatile yeast that can be used to brew a wide range of American- and English-style ales, including pale ales (IPA, APA, EPA), brown ales and porters. Excellent fermenter with clean finish and aroma properties; delivers light malty flavour notes with a touch of citrus. Esters are mild to give a balanced and clean, neutral finish. Good sedimentation properties at the end of ferment.
