Method Traditionelle – Barida DG4/DG6 – Large Production
Product Description
DG4/DG6 – Automatic monoblock for de-banding
Operations: Degorgiatura (extraction of the crown cap)
Production: Up to 2200 bottles/hour
Notes: Automatic machine only for de-icing (extraction of the crown cap) excellent for tandem machining with ATLAS 6/6/6 (DG4) or ATLAS 6/9/9 (DG6)
The degorgiatrice has been designed to perform the de-icing operation (that is, the extraction of the crown cap) through a turret equipped with four (DG4) or six (model DG6) bottle gripping / closing units.
During the execution of the working cycle, it overturns the bottle by about 65 ° and then extracts the crown cap.
Following the extraction of the cap, the bottle, which remains in an inclined position, is closed to limit the escape of wine.
Before the end of the rotation the bottle is returned to a vertical position.
The degorgiatrice (mod DG4 or DG6) is a machine designed to be inserted into an automated production line.
Maximum production from 1,200 bottles / hour (model DG4) to 2,200 bottles / hour (model DG6); this datum remains however subordinated to the type of sparkling wine that one intends to work.
