We are in the process of establishing a clear and transparent policy for used product listings on our website as we have recently seen an influx of listings and have temporarily paused approvals for used equipment while we get the policy in place. Frequently Asked Questions
- To register to become a vendor of used equipment on the Cellar-Tek website; please click here to visit the login/registration page.
- Fill out the required fields under ‘register’. (username, email address, password, store name, store email and phone number)
- Once you have registered, please allow 1-2 working days for one of our Cellar-Tek team members to check and approve your application.
- You will receive an e-mail notification if your registration is approved. After your account is approved, you can log in and access the vendor dashboard area where you can add your used equipment for sale.
- Click the ‘login/ register’ button on the top of the screen and log in using the username and password you entered while registering. If you can’t remember your password, you have the option to reset the password on the same page.
- To enter your vendor dashboard area for your store, go to this link. (Or click on the vendor dashboard button above.)
- This will take you to your vendor dashboard where you can edit all your store information and add/ edit used equipment for sale.
- Go to “Add new” under “Products”.
- Add the product name.
- Add a long description under ‘Product Description’. Remember to include your contact details so that potential buyers can get in touch with you.
- Add a short description under ‘Product short description’ to grab attention to your product. (please keep it to 10 – 20 words max)
- Add the regular price (CAD) or if you’re giving a discount, a sale price (CAD).
- Click on ‘Product image’ to upload the main product image from your computer.
- Click on ‘Product gallery’ to add additional product images from your computer. (optional)
- Click on “Submit for Review”.
After you’ve submitted the product for review, please allow 1-2 working days for one of our Cellar-Tek team members to check and approve your product. Once approved, it’ll start showing up under ‘used equipment’ category of the website.
