ISO 6/1RF/1G-A – Isobaric filling, application of caps and cages

Operations:

• Isobaric filling
• Application of satin caps
• Application of closing cages

Production: Up to 800 bottles/hour

Notes:

• 500-600 bottles / hour for bottles of 0.75Lt
• 600-700 bottles / hour for bottles of 0.5 Lt
• 700-800 bottles / hour for bottles of 0.33cl
• The production is indicative and depends on the type of product and the filling temperature (ideal from 0 to 4°c).

The ISO 6 / 1RF / 1G-A triblock combines the isobaric filling operations, the application of satin corks or cork fungus and the application and closing of cages in a single machine.

The filling system consists of six gripping units and is equipped with a bottle presence control system (no bottle / no fill).

The caps distribution is automatic while the loading is done manually.

The loading of the cages in the traditional barrel (barrel capacity 250 cages) is manual while the automatic distribution.

ISO 6 / 1RF / 1G-A is entirely covered in stainless steel.
