IDEAL USE: COMBINATION OF CASEIN AND BENTONITE FOR TREATING WINES (WHITE AND ROSÉ) AGAINST OXIDATION.
- Prevents oxidation in white wines (in the presence of Laccase).
- Eliminates substances responsible for bitterness and herbaceous flavours
