Transport Tanks
MAIN STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS
- manufactured entirely out of AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel with our exclusive anti-rupture system and independent self-supporting stainless steel frame
- tank is anchored using adjustable stainless steel straps and rests on a rubber-lined saddle to eliminate vibrations during transportation and structural fatigue due to strong vibrations caused by rough roads and which can cause tank welds to break
- Bottoms are pressed enbloc with large rounded edges to give more strength to the entire tank
- All tanks are provided with dia. 400 mm high neck cover and hinged cover with wind-protection opening, double acting air relief valve and total discharge valve of the desired type and diameter
- Tank interiors are "BA" food grade mirror finish polished with flat circular, laminated, rolled, shaved and polished welds
- The outer surfaces of the tank are patterned with standard satin-finish welds. In the case of multi-compartment tanks the bottoms and counter bottoms which from the inner partition are made with large welded edges to increase strength and permit careful cleaning (even in parts that are hard to get at)
