Up to six metres, all circular and vertical welding internally and externally are smoothed and laminated to make them more resistant to structural tension. Internal mirror polishing is performed according to the HY Clean BA procedure, allowing a notable reduction in cleaning time and water consumption. Each tank is automatically glazed with a 60 grain on the outside and polished internally with automatic machinery using Sisal, to improve the quality of the polish on the welding contact area and all around the soldered area where dirt usually resides.
