Kappa 15 Neutral System (Patent Pending) Grape destemming and crushing in inert atmosphere
Pressing white grapes into an inert atmosphere can lead to good results in terms of quality only if destemming, crushing and previous operations are also made without oxygen.
- Handpicked grapes are introduced into the system through boxes or bins.
- Grapes are protected against oxidation during the complete convoy to destemmer-crusher machine, through the inertized belt type NE 3500.
- Destemmer KAPPA 15 operates in no-oxygen conditions.
- Crushing unit is also isolated into an inert atmosphere.
- Pump allows to carry crushed grapes to the pneumatic press.
- Pumps for dosing enzymes, sulphur dioxide, abscorbic acid, etc.. are also supplied.
