| From the selection of our wood until the delivery of our barrels to your winery, our ongoing pursuit of quality and providing complete traceability are our utmost objectives. Quality starts with the selection of the finest batches of oak from the large forests in the heart of France, managed by the National Office of the Forests. Each oak stave certified by the CTBA and each barrel coded for traceability. Tonnellerie Leroi guarantees protection against all exogenic contaminants through multiple analyses. |
