  • Filtering unit in stainless steel AISI 304 (on request AISI 316)
  • Plates made of plastic compound (Noryl-Moplen) or optional stainless steel
  • Suitable for the use of sheets at low working pressure
  • Pressure gauges and sight-glasses
  • Filtering plates compress by adjustable mechanical screw
  • Special reinforced version suitable up to 5 bar working pressure
  • Options:
    • stainless steel filtering plates
    • inversion plate kit for 2-stage filtration in one pass
    • spindle extension to allow up to 10 plates to be removed for small filtration runs

Spadoni MAGNUM Series 60cm x 60cm Sheet Filters

The Magnum sheet filter finds its application in fields where there is a need of high polishing or sterilizing filtration, Its versatility together with its large hourly output are the main features.

Composed of a heavy duty frame on which either plastic or stainless steel plates are mounted. Filter sheets are inserted between the plates according to the type of filtration desired. D.E. filtration is possible by simply adding the special design D.E. frames. The filter can be connected to a D.E. dosing station for precoat formation.
