Finishing Tannins
Tannin Bench Trial Protocol:
Weigh 0.6 grams of tannin, add wine to bring the solution to 50 ml.
Then, in a bench trial, every 1 ml of that solution added to 100 ml of wine will be equal to an addition of 12 g/hl .
To make a 750ml sample with 12 g/hl , just add 7.5ml of the tannin solution to the wine bottle).
