The bottles are introduced into the reception star by hand and fi lled by gravity. For safety an automatic shut-off system is installed. The fi lling capacity can be controlled electronically. The fi lling height can be continuously adjusted. The sealing unit is driven with a pneumatic ram. The bottling and sealing unit can be easily adjusted electrically to the bottle height. The reception star can be quickly and easily changed over for different bottle diameters. One reception star (for bottles Ø 76 –90) is contained in the standard supply package.


The Label-Aide is designed and built to stand up to the rigors of regular and sustained use common in production lines. It is constructed with only the finest, high-quality, industrial materials for years of faithful service.

The bottling unit is adopted from the TA 1600. The sealing unit from the TV 2000. If only one type of sealing is to be used this is a high quality, but more economical, alternative to the TA 1600.


A conversion set for the hot bottling of juices can be supplied.

Sealer

TV 2000


The new sealing unit as a fully automatic system for sealing bottles and other containers (wines, other liquids) in small and large batches.


With this machine the following types of sealing are possible


  • Screw Caps
  • Long Cap / Stelvin Cap
  • Natural corks
  • Crown corks
  • Twist-Off

The sealing unit can easily be integrated into an existing bottling line or the bottles can be introduced manually. Different bottle diameters can be fed into the sealing unit without the need for additional components. Bottle height and bottle diameter can be adjusted quickly and easily to your requirements.


In the equipment confi guration for screw caps (see Fig. TV2000S) we have installed a high quality industrial screw cap; a pneumatic ram provides secure sealing.


The caps are automatically isolated and fed to the screwing head. Because of the quick and uncomplicated disassembly of the conveyor belt and sorting unit this machine is suitable for mobile use, such as, e.g. for the hiring out of bottling equipment. Combinations of different types of seal are possible on request. An extended drive station, extended turning station, and conveyor belt extensions at entry and exit are available as optional equipment, as is a storage table. Conversion sets for different types of sealing can be provided on request.




TV 2000-Twin


This combination unit has 2 closure stations designed to allow you to use either one without any time-consuming conversions. Options allows you to choose 2 different closures for one machine including Stelvin screwcaps, corks or crown caps. Both turrets are always ready to be used

Linear filling unit TLF4


The bottles placed on the conveyor are lifted up from the conveyor belt directly under the fi lling valve and filled. In each bottling cycle one to four bottles can be filled simultaneously. A bottle halting device ahead of the filling valves controls whether the bottles that are being transported are to be filled in the current cycle, or held back for the next fi lling cycle. Depending upon the liquid that is being bottled the best filling process such as gravity filling, pressure fi lling, vacuum filling or metered fi lling can be used.


Bottle height, bottle diameter and filling height can be simply and easily adapted. After the bottles are filled they are automatically sealed. The conveyor belt drive necessary for the bottling function is provided by the sealing unit. The TLF4 linear filling unit is therefore preferably supplied together with the TV2000 sealing unit, or on request, with other sealing units.

Gravity Bottling Units

TA5 /TA8 electrical circular bottling unit

The TA5 circular bottling unit has five filling valves and a supply tank made from plexiglass. A supply tank made from stainless steel is also available as an option.


The TA8 circular bottling unit has five filling valves and a supply tank made from stainless steel.


Both circular bottling units have an electrical drive.


The filling performance is continuously adjustable.


The circular bottling units are easily adjusted to different bottle heights, bottle diameters and filling heights.


The filling process starts automatically when the bottle is pushed under the valve and stops when the bottle is full.

Circular bottling units

TA 10 / TA 14


The bottling unit is similar in design to the TA 1600 model, and can be selected with 10 or 14 stations.


The bottles are introduced into the acquisition star and are filled by gravity.


For safety an automatic shut-off system is installed. The filling capacity can be controlled electronically. The filling height can be continuously adjusted.


After the filling process the bottles can either be taken out, or automatically transferred onto the conveyor belt that can be supplied as an accessory.


Reception stars can be easily exchanged for different bottle diameters.


One reception star is contained in the standard supply package, for bottles Ø 76 –90 according to choice.
