ALFATEK Bottling Lines

Preserve your “hard work” by choosing the bottling line system that
  • guarantees no oxygen pick-up
  • maintains all the sensory characteristics of your wine during the bottling process.

The filling process occurs using low pressure (0.1 bar) providing many benefits to your wine during the process:

  • insulates the wine from contact with air and associated pollutants
  • eliminates oxygen pick during filling
  • avoids the loss of volatile elements (which occur during vacuum filling) thus preserving the organoleptic qualities of the wine
  • low incidence of bottle shock

Available in sizes from 7 to 90 filling valves, and all of the options you could ever ask for in a bottling line. Ask for more details about these revolutionary bottling machines, distributed exclusively by Cellar-Tek Supplies in Canada.

Robot Compact 7-1

Just because you are a smaller producer, why do you have to settle for a lesser quality of bottling? Gravity fillers and vacuum fillers all have the potential to expose your valuable wines to oxygen and even microbiological contaminants. Not any more, introducing the ROBOT COMPACT 7-1, a patented monobloc layout suitable for high quality filling. This “little” machine packs all the same technological “punch” as the rest of the ALFA-TEK line of high quality fillers. With 800 bottles per hour capacity (1000 per hour without pre-evacuation), and low labor and space requirements, this machine is extremely suitable for the smaller high-quality producer. The entrance and exit of bottles are located on the same side of the machine, and a labeler could be added to make this a complete packaging system. The control panel touts a “touch screen” control typical of larger commercial machines, and is conveniently located within the operators' easy reach.

Features

  • first stage of complete evacuation, followed by a sparging of the bottle with inert gas, eliminating oxygen and foreign gas
  • second stage fills the bottles to an exact height every time, easily adjusted by the operator
  • Vacuum Corking or Screw Capping using high quality components normally only found on larger machines, ensuring excellent closure of your wines
  • strong structure, made entirely of stainless steel
  • strong leg supports, and elevated for easy cleaning underneath
  • integrated scrambling and store up table, with conveyor and drive motor
  • backed by Cellar-Tek's commitment to training and service

ALFATEK Rinsing Systems

Like everything else ALFATEK does, the rinsing systems were stripped down and thought out and improved beyond industry “standards’ for rinsers. Let’s start with a better design for the “pincers”:

ALFATEK has designed a simple high density plastic set of pincers, suitable for a range of bottle neck sizes. With a simple lift of a lever, the pincers can be changed to another size for a different bottle, simple. The water jet (or blower) is positioned outside the bottle mouth allowing free passage of any foreign material to exit the bottle. They incorporate a “no bottle no spray” system, saving money and keeping the other bottles dry. The treatment times are completely adjustable by you, depending on the bottles you are rinsing. There is a point in the draining phase where the bottle is shaken to collect the last drop in the neck so it will exit, and there is an optional blower to remove the drop from the neck thus allowing a dry surface for labeling downstream from the filler.

An option available for our rinsers, converts it into a sterilizing rinser. Using micro-filtered water treated with SO2 or for an even better rinse, a combination of your wine and water dosed with SO2. The small amount of liquid (film on the inside of the bottle) left at the end of rinsing, is now largely your wine. No off-tastes as a result of bad water flavors. The system incorporates a sterile micro-filter that continually filters the water or mixture before supplying the rinser. There is an optional blower that draws away from the bowl the SO2 gas. You may exhaust this to the outdoors or some other location of your choosing. The sterilizing unit is completely self contained and sits directly beside our bottling line.
