Automatic filling machine for vacuum bags

Modern, robust, high-performance and fully automated, the B’Booster® filling machine is ideal for high-speed filling of vacuum bags ranging from from 2 to 20 litres. B’Booster® carries out the following operations completely automatically: preparation and introduction of empty bags, air removal, filling, nitrogen injection & flushing,tap fitting, sniffing, bag ejection, separation and evacuation.


STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

  • The chassis and IP 65 electric box are made entirely of stainless steel
  • Memory storage of bag sizes with automatic repositioning (20 data settings)
  • Air removal by electronic vacuostat
  • 316L fully-closing stainless steel filling head with tapered tip
  • 316L stainless steel liquid circuit with seamed, chamber-welded tubes
  • High temperature equipment suitable for filling up to 90°C (constant flow)
  • Touch-screen mounted on rotating arm with modes prime, production, statistics, settings, cleaning, maintenance
  • Separate vacuum and nitrogen circuits
  • Automatic motorized roller advance system ensuring that Stress-Kracking does not occur during filling
  • Automated nitrogen injection + flushing+ sniffing at end of filling cycle.
  • Integrated CIP circuit
  • Filling machine suitable for any of the following standard tap types: Vitop, Flex-Tap, Vinitap, WS, Press-Tap
  • Siemens automation system pre-equipped for C’Booster® packing machine
  • Equipment compliant with Machine Directive n° 2006/42/CE, approved by the APAVE certification body.
